The kids, volunteers from EPI-USE America and other community volunteers put their hands together on nine cement pillars for Hands on Atlanta Day 2004, on October 2nd. By the end of the day, the group had transformed a fairly drab park pavilion into a beautiful piece of public art. It will now be a joy to spend some time in this vibrant-looking space!
